If you’re feeling troubled right now, overwhelmed, stressed out, angry, sad, or another negative emotion…Stop right now, literally right now and think of 10 things you’re thankful for. Take a deep breath. Life will be OK. Things are going to work out. Maybe not tonight or tomorrow or next month, but hang in there. And, yes, while there are things that stress us out, overwhelm us, make us feel sad or angry, there are also things that bring us happiness, excitement, thanks and joy.
